Welcome to Bustle and congratulations on the new venture!
To help make the handover as smooth as possible, there are 3 key steps:

Step 1: Create your new Bustle account

The first step is to set up your own Bustle account. This ensures you have full access, ownership, and control moving forward.
👉 Sign up for Bustle

Once your account is created, you have two options when it comes to your venue’s menu:

  1. You can Build your menu from scratch, or

  2. Copy the existing menu and items from the previous owner (with their permission)
    👉 Important:
If a menu copy is required, this must be done before any items are created in the new account.
(Need more detail on what’s included in a menu copy (and what isn’t)? See the section below.)

What happens next?

Once you have signed up with Bustle, our Sales team will reach out to help with any initial questions. Make sure to set some time aside for an onboarding session - so you start off nice and smoothly with Bustle.

Step 2: Handover day & switching the accounts on the iPads

On handover day, you’ll need to switch the iPads over to your new Bustle account. This includes reinstalling the app, logging in, and setting up printers and eftpos.

Please do the following to change over iPads from one Bustle account to a new account with an active Bustle subscription:

FYI, the Previous Owner should have done the following

  • If they are handing the iPads over, they need to confirm whether the Apple Account is also being transferred

  • They should have Made sure your iPads are still compatible with Bustle Till and let you know as new iPads may be needed.

For you, the New Owner

Once you’ve completed these steps, you’ll be all set to enjoy your Bustle experience to the fullest! If you have any questions or need assistance during the process, feel free to reach out. We’re here to help you every step of the way!

What happens next?

You’ll then be introduced to our Onboarding team, who will guide you through training and help you get the most out of Bustle.

If anything is unclear, or you’d like a hand at any stage, please reach out to our Support team. We are here to help.
