Getting Set Up
1. Set up the Zeller terminal for integration with Bustle.
Once you receive the terminal and have completed the setup with Zeller (by tech visit or call) you are ready for integration with Bustle.
Ensure your Zeller terminal and iPad are on the same, secure, wi-fi network.
You can check this on the Zeller terminal by heading to Settings > Network > Wi-fi. On your iPad, leave the Bustle Till app and connect Wi-Fi in Settings.
2. Set up Bustle to be ready for Zeller payment integration.
Head to your Bustle hub.
Select your provider in Setup > iPad Setup.
Here you will see the Payment (Eftpos) Integration selector.
Click inside the button where it says None then select your provider - Zeller.
Click Save.
Head to the iPad, Sync and Set up:
On the Bustle iPad till app, press Settings and then Sync Menu.
You should now see a button in Settings called Eftpos. Press that button then press Connect.
Log in with your Linkly-provided credentials for Zeller, then generate a pairing code from the terminal and enter it here in the Pair Code field.
Press the Pair Terminal button.
Once connected you will get a window where you can select to enable tips on the terminal, view a simple script of the Last Transaction, a Logon button to test connection to the terminal, and a Disconnect button to unpair with the terminal.
Settings
Let's break these down a bit further...
Enable Tip Request – Activates tipping on the terminal for integrated Bustle payments. Additional tip settings can be adjusted in the Zeller terminal configuration.
Get Last Transaction – Handy for troubleshooting. Press this button to view the last transaction processed on the Zeller terminal, check its success status, and see detailed information on what was sent.
Disconnect - This button disconnects you from the Zeller terminal. When disconnected, the card button on the payments screen no longer sends any values to the terminal - it only records that you have taken a card payment.

Start taking payments!
You’re all hooked up to your Zeller terminal and ready to take payments - nice one!
Here’s how it rolls:
Tap the X up top of the Connect screen and you're ready to go forth and make that till sing! 🎶💳
When it’s time to settle an order, tab, or table, hit Pay in Bustle, then tap Card.
Bustle will chat with the Zeller terminal, and you can run through the payment like a pro.
Once the payment lands, you’ll see a success message "APPROVED" and the window will close. Boom, job done!
Oops? No Stress! 🚀
If something’s up with the payment or the terminal connection, you’ll see a message pop up on screen.
No need to panic - just hit Dismiss, and you can give it another go or sort the bill another way.
Most importantly - keep the good vibes rolling! Payments should be smooth as a perfect flat white, but if you hit a snag, we’re always here to help. ☕💳✨
Troubleshooting
Should you have any issues connecting Zeller to Bustle, try the following:
Make sure your iPad is connected to your correct wi-fi and can access the Internet (browse to a news website like bbc.com)
Reboot the iPad as well as the terminal and try again.
If you see an error "Terminal is not ready.", check that your terminal is in POS mode from the main Take Payment screen > Mode.
Error: 'The operation couldn’t be completed (PosBoss.linklyCloudPaymentsError error 1.)' This means the credentials are incorrect. Double-check the numbers, ensure they’re correct, and make sure there are no extra spaces after the number.
