Simple Pay & Table Pay
When it comes to payments, you have two easy options to choose from: Simple Pay and Table Pay.
With Simple Pay, customers can place an order and pay in one seamless step—just provide the menu link or QR code, and watch the orders roll in!
Table Pay lets customers browse your menu, select what they want, and pay later—simply make sure table numbers and QR codes are visible, and they’ll let you know where they’re sitting. Both methods offer flexibility, so you can choose what best suits your venue!
Simple Pay
Simple Pay is the quickest way for customers to place and pay for orders in one step. Whether they scan a QR code or follow a menu link, they can browse, order, and pay instantly using their saved card details.
Once the payment is confirmed, the order prints as usual, and your team can get to work—no extra steps are required.

Table Pay
Table Pay offers a more relaxed dining experience, allowing customers to order to their table and pay when they’re ready. By scanning a QR code at their table, they can add items to their order, enter their table number, and complete payment. This reduces congestion at the counter and keeps service flowing smoothly.
Printing
Now that the order has been place, a number of items print out on your printer/s or Paperless.
You can switch these on or off in your printer settings:
The order prints as per your usual order setup for these items. The tab will display the person's name as entered on the online order along with the table number and a note at the bottom that it is an online order for the table.
An automatic receipt can print with your usual receipt setup.
A paid in full slip print - to advise the person on the main receiving till that an order has arrived and been paid
And from here it's business as usual - the items are made and served to the table.

Bill Splitting with Table Pay
For groups dining together, Table Pay includes an easy bill-splitting feature. Customers can split the bill by selecting and claiming their own items directly from their phones. The first person to start the split becomes the bill owner, ensuring everything is covered. Others can join in, claim their share, and pay individually, making the process smooth and hassle-free.

Troubleshooting
We are aware of an issue with Android phones and sharing links using the Share with others functionality. Please note that Android phones can still use the QR codes to access TablePay bills but will get an error if the link is sent.
