Cash up due message in your Bustle Hub

Here's how to remove the cash up due message and banner in Bustle

Written by Brent Wimmers

If one or more of your iPads hasn't been cashed up in over a month, Bustle will show you a warning in the Hub.

This normally means one of two things:

  1. You're using multiple iPads, but not cashing all of them up regularly.

  2. An old or unused iPad is still showing as active in your Bustle setup.

Check your iPads

Head to Setup > iPad Setup in your Bustle Hub.

Under Your iPads, check the iPads listed there.

Are they all still being used and cashed up regularly?

Remove any old iPads

If you have an old iPad listed that is no longer in use:

  • Press the Edit button beside the iPad - it looks like a pencil.

  • Press Deactivate, then Deactivate again to confirm.

  • The iPad will now show as inactive.

  • Press Edit again.

  • Press Delete to remove it completely.

Still seeing the warning?

If all the remaining iPads are still in use, they need to be cashed up regularly.

Leaving iPads without a cash up for long periods can slow things down over time, so we recommend cashing up every iPad daily.

At the very least, make sure all your iPads are cashed up together once a week.
