This article assumes you have gone through and set up your vouchers already and switched them live. If not - do this first.
Now that vouchers are live there are a few areas in Bustle to know about. Let's go through them!
Purchased Vouchers
To view and manage your purchased vouchers on the Bustle hub, head to Accounts > Vouchers
Here you will see some stats at the top and a list of all your sold vouchers. You can search for vouchers by email address as well.
Open and view a voucher
Click on a voucher to open up the details. Here you will see all the details of the voucher, including any redemption records from your history.
Resend a voucher email
Should you need to resend an email, locate and open the voucher record and press Resend Email. This will send a fresh email to the recipient and make the old email inactive.
What if the email address was incorrect? Gather all the information about the voucher and contact Bustle Support.
Giveaway Vouchers
Giveaway vouchers are your venue's secret stash of good vibes - perfect for surprise treats, make-goods, and those magic customer moments.
When you want to send a customer a giveaway voucher, press the Create Giveaway Voucher button from this page.
Enter in the recipients name
Their email address
The amount of the voucher
A message (optional)
Set an expiry date
Press Send Voucher when you are done!
The customer will receive the voucher via email and can redeem in on your online menu or in store.
Voiding or expiring a Giveaway voucher
If you need to cancel a giveaway voucher for any reason, you can do this by editing the expiry date to the past.
Locate the voucher from your vouchers list and click it to open up the voucher window.
Press Edit
Change the date (you can set it to up to 2 days prior to <today>)
Press Update Voucher
Voucher Reporting
Voucher payments show up on your history of transactions, and on your Sales Transaction Summary Report, as well as here under Accounts > Vouchers
