Bustle Online Orders delayed? Or not printing immediately?
To receive an online order, your iPad needs to be awake and alert with the Bustle Till app open.
Check your iPad Settings > Display & Brightness > Auto-Lock > and make sure it is set to Never.
Also make sure you're not on Low Power Mode under Settings > Battery.
Do I need to have Bustle active and on screen in order for dockets to print?
Yes, if you have Bustle Online switched on, you will need Bustle to be open on screen in order to receive orders to the printer. If you have switched out to another app, orders will come through as soon as you re-open Bustle - so we recommend keeping Bustle open and on screen as much as possible.
