Bustle Online Pick Up Times work seamlessly with your Online Ordering Hours schedule.
With both working together you have full control over when your team can and can't receive orders - increasing efficiency and reducing disruption.
No more getting that one order in as you're packing down for the day, causing more hassle than profit.
Detailed Steps
To access your Online Pick Up Times, head to Setup > Bustle Online.
Click the Get Orders Well Timed button to get started.
Then press Enable Pick Up Times to activate.
You now have some decisions to make around what works for your service. There are 4 settings available here...
Increments of - these are the time blocks you can allow customers to order in. e.g. if you selected 15 mins, customers can place orders in 15 minute time blocks according to your schedule.
No sooner than - Want a little breathing space after an order is made? You can set the minimum waiting times here. e.g. if you select 30 mins as your "No sooner than" time, with 10 min increments, customers can only start selecting their pickup time 30 mins from the time they pay, or in 10 minute blocks from there.
No later than - Set the maximum time a customer can order ahead of time. You can keep it short by setting a max time of an hour or less, or if you're capturing orders early for the lunch rush, you can set it up to 4 hours.
Allow ASAP - switching this on will let your customers also order for "ASAP please" along with your other set times. (when this is selected, no order time appears on the order)
Your customers will be able to select a time based on your preferences and place their order as usual. After the order is placed and payed for, they will be taken to the confirmation screen with the following information.
How do the orders look?
If you have a printer for orders, the requested pick up time appears underneath the order time:
If you use Paperless, the pick up time appears after the order name e.g. Robert @12:32.
Note: If ASAP please is selected, the order will print as normal, without a time assigned
