To get Bustle and your BNZ PayClip talking, you need to find the IP address of the PayClip to enter it into the Bustle eftpos settings. To make sure the connection is as stable as possible, you should set a static IP (meaning that you are locking in that address for the PayClip so it never changes).
Let's take a look...

How do I set up a static/fixed IP address for my BNZ PayClip?
Preparing the eftpos device to connect to the POS
To integrate the BNZ PayClip to Bustle, a fixed (static) IP address should be added to the PayClip using the details of the Wi-Fi your PayClip is connected to.
The below instructions will show you how to set the static/fixed IP details using the eftpos device.
Note: If you need help with this, BNZ have a dedicated PayClip technical team available 24/7 on 0800 729 254.

Select Network & Internet
Scroll down and select Advanced Options
Select the Static option under Wi-Fi
Enter the IP Address, Gateway, Network Prefix Length and DNS 1 (and DNS 2 if available) - See below pic for an example.
From the earlier example the below details would be entered.
IP Address – 192.168.184.167 (Change your last set of digits on the address by 100 to avoid an IP conflict - in this case we changed the .67 to .167). Make sure these final digits after the last "." stay between 2 and 253.
Gateway – 192.168.184.02
Network Prefix Location – This is generally 24; if your Subnet Mask (that you noted earlier) is anything other than 255.255.255.0 please check with BNZ technical support by calling 0800 729 254.
DNS – (add both if available) 192.168.184.2
Once completed, click on Save and then press the ( O ) to return to the Home Screen.
