Quick Reset Steps (When You’ve Got 5 Minutes)

When you’ve got a quiet moment - ideally after service - it’s time for a quick clean-up.

  • Do a delete and reinstall of the Bustle Till App.

  • 👉 Follow the steps in this article to make sure you don’t lose any unsaved data and can reconnect your payment terminal fast.

After the reinstall:

  • Accounts are loaded after login on the iPads, so give it 30 mins before you check them to be safe (especially if you have a lot of them)

  • If you see an error at the top of the accounts, press retry

  • Still no luck - get in touch with Bustle Support to help.
