The GP On Items Ordered report shows what was sold, with modifiers bundled right alongside their items - like they would appear on the orders. It’s similar to the Items Ordered Summary report, but that one splits items and modifiers into two separate lists and also notes any changes to pricing or costing over time.
TL;DR: This report keeps the gang (items + mods) together, while the Items Ordered Summary splits them out.
Let's take a look
Use the date selector to choose a date range for your report. It defaults to loading today's report. You can also export the report to a .CSV file and view in GST/VAT inclusive or exclusive.
Items
The top section displays all your items ordered over the time period. The category headers will display by default. Click the down arrow to the right to display your items ordered. You can sort by column.
The Sales Price will display an average depending on any mods added and price changes made over time. You can then click the item's row to drop down and view the associated mods.
If you want to make any [rice amendments to the item itself, simply press the item's name and voila - the item short form opens as a side-panel on screen.
