Do you manage a multi-venue operation with Bustle? Are you keen to see one report that compares the items and mods ordered across all your sites? Well, look no further!
Where do I find it?
On your Bustle Hub, head to Reports > Multi-venue Items Ordered
If you have more than one venue under your email address, you will see this report...
What does it do?
The Multi-Venue Items Ordered Report brings your item numbers together so you can compare what was ordered across your venues in one place.
â
This is not a sales or income report. It shows everything ordered through Bustle during the selected period, whether it was sold, wasted or given as hospo. Refunded items are not included.
â
Use the report to compare the performance and movement of items, categories and subcategories across your venues - from which venue makes the most coffees to where particular menu items make up the greatest share of orders.
â
Choose your venues
Select the venues you want to include in the report, or press Add all venues. Tick the venues to add and press Update Venues.
Choose the Value shown
Choose how you want to compare your venues:
Count - The number of each item ordered, including wastage and hospo. Refunded items are not included.
Ordered Value- The total value of the items ordered, based on what they would have cost at full price. This is not necessarily the amount actually paid.
% of Ordered Value - The share each item, category or subcategory makes up across all items ordered during the selected period.
Average Selling Price - The average price each item was ordered at. Price changes and priced modifiers can affect this amount.
Average Cost Price - The average cost of each item ordered, including modifiers when selected below.
GP Margin - Gross profit shown as a percentage of sales.
Include mods in item values
Turn on Include mods in item values to add the value of modifiers to the item they were ordered with.
For example, the value of an alternative milk mod will be included in the coffee it was added to. The modifier will also appear separately beneath the item (in the mods section of the report), so you can still see its individual numbers.

Use the report controls to choose your reporting period, adjust how values are shown, and filter the results to find the items you want to compare.

Items
Your selected venues are shown across the top, with a final Total column combining their results. Select a category or subcategory to see the individual items underneath. Our test account is full of zeroes, but yours will have the real numbers!
Mods
Your modifiers are shown separately below the Items section. Search for a particular mod to filter the results, or select Expand all to view them all.
If you selected Include mods in item values in the report settings, each modifierâs value is also included with the item it was ordered with. It will still appear here so you can compare your mods separately.
Can I sort the results?
Sure can! Select a venue name at the top of the table to sort the results by that venue. Select it again to switch between highest and lowest values.
What about my sales? Can I see the same report for my Sales transaction summary?
You sure can. Check out how to use the report here...
