What do the Templates look like?
We’re starting with two clean, easy-on-the-eye templates designed to suit most venues, created by our designer Shane. We’ll be adding more over time, including seasonal and special-occasion designs like Mother’s Day.
Part of this process is that you need a Canva login (even the free plan) but if you're not keen on doing that feel free to download the images below and send to your designer, or see the bottom of the page if you would like us to help.

How to create your voucher table talker
1. Preparation
Grab a laptop or computer and get these basics ready:
Download your vouchers QR code from the Bustle Vouchers page.
Have your logo file handy (Rectangular PNG or JPG works best).
Make sure you have a Canva login - the free version is all you need.
Click the template you want to use from below and it opens it up in Canva.
Click View Template at the bottom then Open in Editor - and you're ready for editing.
2. Upload your files to Canva
In Canva, upload the assets you’ll be using:
Your voucher page QR code
Your venue logo (rectangular works best)
Upload to Canva
Press Uploads on the left hand navigation.
Press Upload Files.
Browse and locate your files
These will appear in your uploads panel, ready to drop into the template.

3. Insert your QR code and logo into the template
Now for the easy part. The template is designed to allow you to quickly drag and drop your files into the spots.
Drag your QR code from uploads into the QR placeholder in the template
(It will snap into place and resize automatically.)Drag your logo into the logo area at the bottom of the design
(Rectangular logos tend to fit best here, and Canva will resize it nicely.)
No alignment fiddling required - we’ve done that part for you.
4. Download and go
Once you’re happy with how it looks:
Click Share → Download
Download the file as a PNG
Send it to your printer and create your table talker for the counter or tables
Pop it where customers can see it… and let the vouchers do their thing.
