How do I cancel my Bustle subscription?

Thinking of cancelling?

We’re really sorry to hear you’re thinking about leaving, but before you go, we want to check:

  • Is there a feature you’re needing?

    We completely understand. If you ever reopen, we’d love to help you get going again - fast.

If you do need to cancel, here’s how:

1️⃣ Log in to your Bustle Hub account using Chrome or Safari.
2️⃣ Head to Settings (top-right corner drop-down menu) and select Subscription.
3️⃣ Select ‘Request to Cancel’.
4️⃣ IMPORTANT** You’ll be guided through a few short questions to complete the process. Complete all questions and you're DONE!

Whatever your reason, we truly appreciate you being part of Bustle and we’re here if you change your mind.


How to cancel a Free Trial account

If you haven’t started a subscription or selected a plan yet - good news: there’s nothing you need to cancel. Only accounts with active subscriptions need a cancellation.

Want to remove a venue from your list?
