  • Connect Bustle to Droppah to see your staff cost percentage to total value of orders - right on your dashboard!

  • And it also works in the Did I Make Money tool - import your staff costs in a couple of clicks!!

  • Data from Droppah comes through to Bustle on the day, as soon as staff members clock out.

  • When ready to get the integration set up, reach out to Droppah to get your "Integration key for Bustle".

Detailed Steps

Getting Set Up

  • On your Bustle Hub, head to Settings > Integrations > Drop in to connect with Droppah.

  • Enter in your Bustle Integration key from Droppah and press submit.

  • All working well, you will receive a success message!

  • And your setup journey is complete. Now let's take a look at how it all works!

Droppah On the Dashboard

  • Once you have the Droppah integration connected you will get a new widget on the dashboard displaying your staff costs from Droppah and calculating the percentage against your total value of orders.

  • Please note that until a staff member clocks off for the day their staff costs won't appear, so during the current day the amount won't be accurate, but by the end of the day once all team members have clocked off, you will get your correct numbers.

  • Please also note you can view longer periods than a day on your dashboard, but the maximum length you can view Droppah data for is 3 months. Anything over three months will show incorrectly (only displaying the first three months of staff costs from Droppah).

Droppah on the Did I Make Money Tool

  • Head to Reports > Did I Make Money Tool and go to the Revenue and expense entry page. Scroll down to the Expenses section > Wages.

  • All the magic happens in the widget called Droppah Staff Costs.

  • When you load the page, the Did I Make Money Tool downloads the latest information for the selected time period from Droppah, then notifies you of this...

  • On the right of the widget, you will see the teams and totals that are available to import. Please note that after you import these and load the page again, the totals are still there (and will update should your Droppah information be changed).

  • You can now import the teams individually, or do the whole lot in one go!

  • First time use: The first time you import the Droppah information your teams will not yet be created. When you press the import button, the system will create these teams for you and add the rows to your wage expenses.

  • If you press the Done button on each row, it will find the team and save it to the report.

  • As noted earlier, the Droppah information reappears and can be imported again if needed.

  • You can delete a row on the report by pressing Edit and then the trash bin icon.

  • You may also want to remove the default wage accounts from your setup. This is done by pressing Set Up Your Accounts at the top of the page. Scroll down to the Wages section and remove any you don't need.

  • Your wages from Droppah will now appear in your Did I Make Money Tool report.

Troubleshooting

  • If your staff costs are no longer showing up in the dashboard or the Did I Make Money tool...

    • Head to the integrations page Settings> Integrations > Droppah

    • Check that your Bustle Integration key is entered and there are no errors showing.

    • Try re-entering the key and if still not working...

    • Request a new key from Droppah and enter it. Press the Submit button.

  • If you see this error, your key has been entered incorrectly. Check there are no extra spaces before or after the key, and request a new key from Droppah if needed.
